Environmental Foam Solutions is a family-owned and owner-operated company built on hard work, honesty, and doing the job right. Since 2016, we've been helping homeowners, businesses, HOAs, and municipalities throughout Central and Southwest Florida repair settled concrete, level concrete, and stabilize soil using polyurethane foam.
At the heart of Environmental Foam Solutions is owner Shawn McGrantham. Concrete lifting and soil stabilization have been his life's work for more than 25 years. Throughout his career, he's repaired thousands of residential, commercial, and municipal projects across Florida, earning a reputation for quality workmanship, attention to detail, and finding the right solution for each property.

Anyone who knows Shawn knows he's a perfectionist. He believes every repair should be completed as if it were being done on his own home. He takes the time to understand why the concrete settled, carefully evaluates each repair, and never believes in taking shortcuts or rushing through a job. His goal has always been to provide a repair that he can be proud of and one that customers can have confidence in for years to come.
When Environmental Foam Solutions began in 2016, polyurethane concrete lifting was still a growing industry in Florida, and EFS was one of the early companies dedicated to this repair method.
Over the years, the industry has changed, but the values behind Environmental Foam Solutions haven't. Every repair is still approached with the same attention to detail, honest communication, and commitment to quality workmanship that the company was built on.
