Also called poly jacking or concrete leveling with foam, our process uses high-density polyurethane foam to lift concrete, fill hidden voids, and improve soil support with minimal disruption.
Small, dime-sized holes are drilled through the affected concrete.
Injection ports are installed where lift and void filling are needed.
High-density polyurethane foam is injected beneath the slab.
The foam expands to fill voids, compact weak soil, and lift the concrete.
Ports are removed, holes are patched, and the work area is cleaned.
